Visa or Mastercard is required to hold your reservation for services.
If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 48 hours note.
No show for appointment will be billed 50% value of reserved service.
Our recommended standard gratuity for spa treatments is 15-20% and is not included in the price.
Gratuity to therapist can be in cash or personal check.
Credit Cards are not taken for gratuities.
